Rosedale Golf & Country Club is a casual but elegant dining establishment, our goal is to provide the membership and guests with an unparalleled experience in Country Club dining.

Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Clubhouse Manager and the Dining Room Manager. The F&B program includes daily lunches, evening dinners and monthly member events.

Requirements and skills

• Proven restaurant serving experience

• POS experience (Jonas Preferred)

• Attention to cleanliness and safety

• Patience and customer-oriented approach

• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude

• Responsible and trustworthy

• Taking customers’ food and drink orders

• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders

• Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock

• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly

• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events

• Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulation

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
