Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Clubhouse Manager, this position ensures clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of Rosedale

Essential Functions:

Cleans rugs, carpets and floors

Dusts furniture.

Washes windows, door panels and sills.

Empties wastebaskets.

Replenishes bathroom supplies.

Transports trash and waste to disposal area.

Cleans bathrooms, including the shower curtain, walls, mirrors, tub, toilet and floor.

Cleans fitness center.

Other Housekeeping functions
